I lead a weekly meditation class online every Sunday. This class is Step 1 of a series of foundation level classes hosted by a San Francisco based school for meditation called Psychic Horizons.

 About the Step 1 Class:

In this introductory class, you begin to strengthen your personal space by learning to be centered, to be in charge of your attention. Be grounded, to be present and in your body, in communication with yourself. Create energetic boundaries, to have clarity of your own space and not merge with the energy of others. Meditate, to integrate spirit and body. Release past-time emotions and the energy of others in your space, work with chakras and your aura and learn why they are important. De-energize pictures, a great healing tool, to release the emotional charge from past time experiences and beliefs.

Class includes:

Weekly 2-hour class, Monday night healing clinics, Step 1 Review Class (when available), First week of Step 2

My Background in Meditation

I grew up with a strong esoteric Hindu influence, and engaged in contemplative practices from a young age. I have trained  in various styles of meditation, including multiple styles through yoga therapy training in Integrative Yoga Therapy, as well as Mindfulness Based Stressed Reduction (MBSR).

Since 2012, I have taught meditation to individuals living with mental health conditions, including four years of experience teaching yoga and meditation in an inpatient psychiatric hospital.

My primary meditation training is through Psychic Horizons, a school for integrative meditation, where I began an intensive study of meditation from 2009-2011. I returned to study at Psychic Horizons nearly 10 years later to graduate from the Psychic Horizons Clairvoyant Training Program, which is a seminary for the Church of Natural Grace, and I was simultaneously ordained as a Reverend through the church in 2020.  I graduated from the Psychic Horizons Teacher in Training program in 2021, and currently teach weekly meditation classes at Psychic Horizons to prepare students to enter the Clairvoyant Training Program.

As a meditation teacher, I believe that each person learns differently and has a different level of comfort with exploring their inner world, making it important to attune to that person’s needs in order to understand which style of meditation best suits them.
